Paragraphs of this article are word for word from the Musica Viva 2007 concert program - thought I don't know who wrote the program notes so maybe they came from elsewhere?. I am performing some significant updates to the page, which has not been updated very well over the years, with as many references as I'm able to find. I know the composer personally, who has been able to illuminate on numerous biographical details. Berniebaby 03:35, 26 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
