It was replaced because of the separation between Rolls-Royce and Bentley (the former going to BMW, and the latter to Volkswagen AG). Since BMW got the Rolls-Royce brand, it developed a new model to re-launch the brand. Sacxpert (talk) 08:50, 18 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
