What is the definition of a ROSCO? Is it just the original three or does it include later entrants? Are spot-hire companies ROSCOs? Biscuittin (talk) 19:29, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
To add to this: Is it passangers only? Or freight as well? Does locomotive only hire count? Depending on this, the largest companies in the field are freight wagon owners like VTG, ermewa, rexwal, etc. or locomotive leasing companies like ELL, and this is a pretty incomplete picture.
