Parts of this article read like it was written by a novelist or newspaper article writer. It would help to have references for all the quotations and other statements of fact. Regards, Mattisse 02:13, 21 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Sri Lankan Government considers him terrorist

edit

"When this country was under siege by the southern terrorists – the JVP — as it engaged in abductions, beheadings, armed robbery, attacks on police stations and killing of armed forces personnel and deprived thousands of young persons of a proper university education, was there dancing on the streets and hoisting of the national flag when the JVP was defeated?" http://www.themorningleader.lk/20090107/politics.html --Natkeeran (talk) 19:00, 11 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Okay, I have completed a section on his death, I don't know if it's really up to standard so I would welcome any constructive criticism. Cheers KJS0ne (talk) 01:25, 24 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Do we need the mini-bio on the life of his Father on this page?

edit

While the content is interesting, would it not be better to house such information in an article about his father, rather than having so much information on his father located in Wijeweera's page itself. I can see how his father's activities has relevance here, as it would have affected Wijeweera's views and activities, but it's in the wrong place. KJS0ne (talk) 01:30, 24 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
