Daytona 2007 Finish.
This article indicates that the race ended under caution and that there was a controversy over exactly when the caution flag was thrown and who was ahead at the "moment of caution". However, the main Daytona 2007 article, as well as my own memory, indicate that, in fact, the caution was never thrown at all, allowing Martin and Harvick to decide the outcome at the finish line still under green. The ensuing controversy was over whether or not the caution flag should have waved, per the rulebook. If so, when? And, of course, who would have been ahead at that point?
