I don't think that is the correct photo. It links to an obituary for a Robert F. Sargent who was in the Navy. The man who took the famous photograph was in the Coast Guard. is there any reason for believing that this is the correct person? The obituary does not mention the photograph. And if it is a different person, that throws into doubt the other info (birth , death, etc)
