Correct Duty Title

The articles includes this line: "Having spent time as aide-de-camp to Collins, in 1943 he returned to the United States with the two-star general officer rank of major general . . . " As a brigadier general he would not have been an aide de camp to a Major General. He was Assistant Division Commander to the major general.
