About references to Dante and Foscolo
editJust for the record:
the verse "i remi mutai in ali al folle volo" is derived from Dante's "Comedia" INF 26.125, NOT from Canto 27. (you can check at http://www.mediasoft.it/dante/pages/danteinf.htm and in many other sites)
There exists no poem by Foscolo titled "L'Isola Petrosa". The reference is to the verse 11 of the sonnet "A Zacinto" in which the "petrosa Itaca", the native isle of Odysseus, is named. Also this is quite easily "verifiable": http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Zacinto — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.186.157.18 (talk) 10:54, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
- I know I'm almost a year late, but I wanted to thank you for pointing out those mistakes! You are absolutely correct, and I have fixed the article accordingly. --Zidanie5 (talk) 00:28, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
