The U.S. Library of Congress does not identify this Rick Jacobson or the Canadian illustrator we now call "Richard Jacobson". In its catalog I find 12 records of works by Rick Jacobson, unidentified, covering 11 children's books co-illustrated by that Rick Jacobson and one 2010 video disc of the film Bitch Slap [1].
