I think this can sneak into speedy deletion territory. It is non-notable - an essay or paper does not make someone notable.

An author that coined an increasingly used socio-philosophical term
This was my first entry on WP and I thought it was a useful addition to a previously empty link coming from another entry. I tried to be dry and have an objective discription of the subject. He is considered "...the first American to develop a substantial theory of nonviolent resistance". But this is an opinion an in my view not proper to inlcude in the entry.
