Moved the page "Richard Garin Jr." to "Richard Garin" edit

The article title should generally be the name by which the subject is most commonly known (MOS:FULLNAME). In his website, he calls himself "Richard Garin". Many news articles also refer to him as "Richard Garin". It also wouldn't make sense for him to be commonly known as "Richard Garin Jr." when his father is commonly known as Oscar Garin or Oscar Garin Sr..
