For instance - in which country, and in which language, was this paper/magazine published? Some googling turned up traces of at least 3-4 current publications with the same name - the article may be mixing up 2 or more of them.
Even the most basic of references would help make certain readers and editors are talking about the same paper. --Alvestrand 21:36, 12 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
