In anticipation of someone asking this question, yes, it is just a section of the JOBS Act which already has its own page. However, based on the existence of such pages as Regulation A and Regulation T (there may be others as well) I think this regulation does deserve its own distinct page as it is notable on its own regardless of its origin as part of the JOBS Act.
