Hi there, I was doing research on Avery, and stumbled upon a 1932 article in the Ponoma Progress Bulletin that seems to suggest that Avery had a third wife that is not documented here. (Also, evidence seems to point to Avery marrying Durfee around 1935 or so.) This may need more research so I don’t want to put it on the page without diving in more, but given that Avery’s life story sort of turns on the fact that he married the woman who gave him seed money to start his business, Avery’s timeline may need to be cleared up some.
