Does anyone know where an image can be found of the suffrage poster on the cat and mouse act which doesn't break the rules on copyright?

The one that says "Cat and Mouse Act...passed by the Liberal government"

Context

I've placed this tag because upon reading the article (with no former knowledge), I was confused as to the link between force-feeding and the act in question (which, as far as I can guess, allows the release of ill prisoners). The treatment of the WSPU in this context is somewhat confusing as well, because it is introduced without any explanation until later in the article. Furthermore, the article is a bit off-topic; it seems to be discussing the conflict of the WSPU and the British government, rather than the act itself: no synopsis of what the act is or does in and of itself is contained. I was struck by her use of the word ‘pram’, instead of ‘buggy’. As a baby, we had lived with my paternal grandparents and I was often taken to the park by my grandma.

Shortly after this, she became obsessed with telling me stories about a cat called ‘Asquid’, and I was struck by the unusual name. Several years later I was telling my uncle about Asquid, and he vividly remembered a childhood book about Asquith the cat, which his mum, my grandma, read to him.
