Also what is the best name for this article? I most often hear the venue referred to as "Prague." The World Cup website called the venue "Prague Canoeing Centre," which is the name I gave to the article. However, I have also seen it called "Troja Whitewater Course," "Prague-Troja Canoe Slalom Course," "Centrum Vodnich Sportu v Praze Tróji," and numerous variations. The problem is that, unlike the other 2012 World Cup venues, it does not have its own website. I have not seen a photo of a road sign that names the venue. To add to the confusion, there is another artificial whitewater course in downtown Prague, about which I cannot find any information at all. It is apparently not an international competition venue.

Does anybody know of a written history of the Prague-Troja venue?

The corresponding article in the Czech Wikipedia, [1], says that the official title of this venue is Centrum vodních sportu Praha – Troja, which Google translates as water sports center Prague - Troja. The usual word order for this in English would be "Prague-Troja Water Sports Center." Should this be the title of this article? HowardMorland (talk) 19:22, 4 February 2013 (UTC)
