Hello, I am from the German Wikipedia and have seen that there are no documents for the article. Does a reference to German professional authors and their works help? In the event that there are translations or derivative British revisions, I could make the following recommendations: l) Paul Koschaker: Europa und das Römische Recht. 4. Auflage, C.H. Beck’sche Verlagsbuchhandlung. München, Berlin 1966. S. 87–105. 2.) Franz Wieacker: Privatrechtsgeschichte der Neuzeit. Unter Berücksichtigung der deutschen Entwicklung. 2. Auflage, Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht, 1967. S. 80–96. Does that possibly help? mg Stephan Klage (talk) 13:29, 10 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
