Is Plas a given name or a nickname?
editGreetings - does anyone know? If necessary, please make corresponding changes to the article. Thanks, --Technopat (talk) 02:20, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
- When I started this article (as a new editor not caring about such niceties as proper referencing, shame on me) I had information (which I now can't track down, except that I may have got it from here, but equally they may have got it from me..) that his birth name was John Johnson Jr. However, this edit claimed that Plas was his birth name, and I really don't have the information to confirm or revert one way or another. - Greetings Ghmyrtle - I have an album sleevenote somewhere which refers to him as John "Plas" Johnson Jr. - not much use, of course, as sleevenotes are notoriously lackadaisical :) . On tenterhooks. Regards, --Technopat (talk) 15:06, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
