I intend to add to this page in due course, as I am currently reading this person's biography. Also, he is cited in various other wikipedia articles which I am currently editing. He was a major figure in British horseracing in the mid 20th Century, including holding senior posts in the sport's administrative bodies and I will be adding more detail as I find it.
