"Vietnam War"?

The current version of this article claims that Giang fought in what is termed the "Vietnam War" (usually called the "Local War in South Vietnam" by the government), but he joined the People's Army in 1979, which is a couple of years after it had ended as the Socialist Republic of Việt-Nam was created in 1976, a year following the Communist takeover of South Vietnam, so it makes no sense for Giang to have fought in it.

As he was born in 1960 it would have also meant that he was 15 at the oldest to have fought in it. --Donald Trung (talk) 16:31, 9 January 2022 (UTC)
