Education and Career History edit

Removed section regarding his young age when elected; does not add any importance to the article, nor does it matter. The section is for education and career history. Besides, the age references needed citations. Anti-Tonko signage edit

Photos of campaign literature on an elected official's page does not comply with wiki standards. Has been removed multiple times by others, yet one user continues to repost. [issue resolved]
