Image alteration

There are two images of the person. One is the postage stamp released by Government of India. Another is a picure from a book Madras Government Museum Centenary Souvenir (1951). The image in the stamp seems to be digitally altered version of the image from the book. In the stamp image the mustache seems to be altered for unknown reason. -- Balaji (Let's talk) 09:36, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
