Maintenance of Sri Ekambeshwara Telmple in Kanchipuram.
editOur ancestors have left us such a wonderful assets. Sri Ekambeshwara temple is one of them. The temple maintenance is very very poor. Full of dirt and the floors are ridden with oil everywhere. Near the temple entrance stinking smell was coming. If funds are the problem for upkeeping them, let the ticket be Rs 50/- instead of Rs 5/-. A massive cleaning up program is needed to make it big tourists attraction.
The walkway from Raja Gopuram to main Temple is totally neglected.
Just like the way Sri Kamakshiamma temple is maintained, can’t this temple be maintained?
Please bring back the glory of the city and attract tourists all over the world.
