It turns out there was an Otto Wegener who was a photographer; his dates are 1849-1924, so he wasn't the sport shooter of this article, whose dates are 1881-1938. Unfortunately, neither of the refs or the ext. links has a photo. There's an image of an Otto Wegener in Wikimedia Commons ... but I don't know whether it's the shooter or the photographer.
