I don't know where the statement that Sverdrup's documents are now at the National Archives of Canada (now Library and Archives Canada) came from. His diary was returned to Norway and is now in the National Library; his maps are apparently lost, in that they are not at LAC not in the Norwegian National Library. 154.5.2.5 (talk) 20:07, 25 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
