A good start
editThis is an good start for what could be an excellent article. But it has a few problems.
- no cites. It mentions sources, but it's unclear what's coming from where.
- it offers too many unattributed opinions. Wikipedia doesn't declare what's remarkable or beautiful. It states facts and leaves the opinions to others.
- the tone is just a bit too much like an essay of personal observations
- it overreaches in deciding what motivated Sharp, and what the legacy of Optonica is. Again, this is not for Wikipedia to decide.
- it uses weasel words, like "probably" and "considered"
Main reference
editA reference is obviously needed for Optonica sales catalogue OP-FB 10/77
