This article could really use a map showing where the island is, even if no details of the military actions. Unfortunately I can't find anything suitable at wikicommons. — B.Bryant 02:27, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)
According to Finnish sources German losses were KIA: 155, WIA: 175 (also counted as POW), POW: 1231. Finnish losses were KIA: 45 WIA: 69 POW: 7 (German ships took them with them when they left).
