Photo date

Just noticed that the date on the picture of Ole Bull performing states a date of 1896, but the page also states that Ole lived from 1810 - 1880. Cruise332 (talk) 17:38, 23 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • I removed the date. Looking at the file, the date came from an inscription on the back of the photo. Knowing that Bull died in 1880, I would interpret the date in the inscription as the date the photo was received, not the date the photo was taken.Brianyoumans (talk) 23:42, 23 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
