Guys, you have the location wrong. Go to google maps, type in kilbourn and caldwell, chicsgo, then zoom in with the little man to show streetview. The marker is to the right of the sidewalk on its left side, and above the sidewalk below it on Rogers. It is to the left of the fire hydrant and to the left of the stop sign. It is clearly visible, a small white marker with a bronze tablet.
