1969 Norwegian Trade Center edit
I found the following reference—"Norwegian trade centre opening." Times [London, England] 18 Mar. 1969: 24—to a Norwegian Trade Center opening in Pall Mall which was an exhibition space and provided desk space for visiting Norwegian businessmen.
