what about Fax service through GSM line by using this E90 ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.53.96.178 (talkcontribs) 18:17, 29 March 2007

This isn't the place for questions about the product - the talk page of the article is for discussion about the article itself. However, the E90 does not support faxing. (No S60r3 handset supports faxing.) Wibbble 21:46, 29 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

How to add picture to article? edit

Trying to make link to another site - it doesnt work. How to upload the pic to wikipedia? BTW, this is http://www.mobile-review.com/phonemodels/nokia/image/e90.jpg nice example. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 90.188.195.67 (talk) 14:24, 6 April 2007 (UTC).Reply

Uploading pictures that you don't have permission to use isn't appropriate - the copyright is owned by someone else and using them may be illegal - and even in cases where it is not, it's preferred to avoid such images on wikipedia. Until someone can take a picture of an E90, we can just do without a picture. Wibbble 15:13, 6 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

out of date ? edit

"to date, most Nokia dealers do not have the E90 in stock." - surely this is time-limted information.

Yeah, I just deleted that - the ref was a broken link, and it's clearly false now anyway: ebay's full of these things. Full text here if people think it's useful and correct: "; to date, most Nokia dealers do not have the E90 in stock. [1]" DewiMorgan (talk) 13:32, 12 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

USA 3G support edit

Considering the size of the U.S. market, the lack of full 3G connectivity in the USA might appropriately be mentioned. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.58.207.86 (talk) 23:25, 23 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hardware Issues edit

I have wanted to include further information about some of the issues that exist for this model.

"Later models still suffer from the several hardware/design issues including marks left on the internal screen by oil or other matter left on the keyboard and uneven feet on the base of the unit can result in units vibrating off surfaces. Performance issues with the sensitivity of the HSDPA/3G and wifi receiver mean the unit does not perform as well as a Huawei E220 in poor signal areas. Got any good references for this? Spiby 18:08, 19 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I'm concerned that the entire opening paths are almost exclusively dedicated to problems with the unit, with little referencing. Achromatic (talk) 18:50, 19 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I hope that you will find the text more neutral and matter-of-fact now. There was one specific section which made criticisms without any kind of a cited reference so I've removed that piece. The rest looks perfectly valid, and I say this as a happy owner of one of these phones. If there is anything else you had objections to, will you please let me know? Flagship product edit

Shouldn't this article mention the fact that E90 is Nokia's flagship product for 2007 and 2008? Netrat_msk (talk) 15:12, 22 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Removed Nokia E7 as successor. edit

I could not find any sources indicating that the E7 is "marketed" as the E90 successor.

At best, it is marketed as the next communicator. But not even this is true. Based on what I can find on the web, there are no direct acknowledgment (must be traceable) from Nokia about its status as a communicator. Please don't add in false information just because they came from bloggers and professional reviewers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.90.168.38 (talk) 11:54, 18 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
