I included the Nokia promotional image from their press pack - File:Nokia_5230.jpg. I believe that this is fair-use of the image, but can be corrected on this. Also, I created the infobox for the 5230, but I think the contents need straightening out so they conform to the Nokia 5800 box contents, will do this presently. — M3TAinfo @ 15:25, 3 February 2010 (UTC)

Strange, unsourced claim

:"The 5230 is an extremely popular device, 145 million have been purchased to date since production, which is more than any other Nokia mobile phones models."

Places of manufacture

Nokia 5230 offered by Wind Mobility in Canada is manufactured in places other then Hungary. Specifically white/white 5230 (RM-593) bought in April of 2010 was manufactured in China. Ovi Map Support

The Ovi Map application's final release to support 5230 (and likely similar models) is v3.06 11wk10 b01, released April 2011. Any further updates to the Ovi Map program will only work with more modern devices.
