The History and Archeology of the Great Lakes Steamboat Niagara, is an article reference from the magazine, Wisconsin Historical Society, where it gives vital information on the night of the fire. This article gives a description of how the steamboat Niagara was navigated in the late 19th century. The article gives the net worth ($95,000) from all of the parts (boiler, hull, fixtures, etc.) of the steamship Niagara. (Evan96779 (talk) 10:20, 10 February 2012 (UTC)).
