Changes that should be made to increase the quality of the article

edit
  1. Include what specific organizations have recognized it
  2. Cite the decade of the most recent artifacts
  3. Discuss what areas the Col. Researched
  4. Since when has Matt operated the museum? (Lised on page. Opened in 2000. Feel free to double check but I am pretty sure it is there)
  5. People who contribute to the NIRM

Just did some editing and I hope you like it. Toadwildride 03:35, 2 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Perserving

edit

Is that apparent misspelling an accurate quotation of an unusual motto, or just a goof? I am reluctant to change anything within a quotation. Chris the speller (talk) 05:54, 16 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Need considerable citations and reworking of content

edit

The entry needs revision beyond the copyedit I just completed as follows: - there is a good bit of extraneous material in the article not relevant to the museum. - I deleted several of these extraneous details that also had no citation but appear to be the author's opinion. - I am not certain if this venue can actually be called a museum as it is not open to the public. See ICOM museum definition [1] as of August 24, 2007: “A museum is a non-profit, permanent institution in the service of society and its development, open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits the tangible and intangible heritage of humanity and its environment for the purposes of education, study and enjoyment.” - in reviewing the museum website, there is considerably more that could be noted to summarize their collections. However, the article focuses more on the individuals involved in founding the museum than the actual museum. Robertnola (talk) 20:08, 23 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
