"Roman Empire of 1814"?

edit

At the end of the Revolution section, mention is made of the "formation of the Roman Empire of 1814," without a link. I don't find a page documenting this in Wikipedia, and a series of Google searches doesn't show anything compatible. The HRE dissolved in 1806; the modern Italian unification didn't happen until 1871. Is the phrase a translation issue, referring perhaps to the Risorgimento which started after the Congress of Vienna? Kelseymh (talk) 22:43, 3 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
