National Institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana → National Institute of Chemistry – The old name consists of the name of the institute and the city it is located in. @Anthony Appleyard: I did some goggling and there seems to be at least one more National Institute of Chemistry in Singapore. I do not think that there are that many out there. Your proposition is better than the current state. Perhaps National Institute of Chemistry (Slovenia) would be even better.
