Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: I'm honestly not certain if this subject is legitimate or not. A Google search for the subject's name turns up some scholarly results... BUT they appear to have been published recently (within the last 10 years, well after the reported death of the subject). As such, I'm questioning if these publications are the work of someone else with the same or an extremely similar name. The infobox photo seems suspect too... it appears to come from a user-generated blog-type website and it just doesn't look genuine (it looks like something from the 19th century, to be honest - not a photo of someone who died in 1983). All around, there are just several things that don't add up here. It's not quite enough for me to tag it as a hoax, but it definitely needs further review.
