Merging Nadere Reformatie with Dutch Second Reformation (as well as Further Reformation) would be acceptable. Nadere Reformatie is the technical term of this period in church history and "Dutch Second Reformation" and "Further Reformation" are the two most common English translations recognized by the scholarship. I am new to Wikipedia, so I am not familiar with the logistics of merging articles--any assistance would be appreciated!
- Seeing as this is the more exhaustive article, I suggest we keep this one and purge the other. Anyone doing research on this topic will be familiar with the Dutch term 'nadere reformatie'.
Seems reasonable. Sometimes the expression "Dutch reformed pietism" is also used. To my knowledge Nadere Reformatie is the most common name, but I am Dutch. The other expressions can be turned into re-directs (look at the help page for instructions).Guusb 10:19, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
