"Bogie" needs a very brief appositive synonym, as it is specialised jargon the Wikipedia reader cannot be expected to understand. This is a courtesy a thoughtful writer will provide. --Wetman (talk) 15:07, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I disagree. If anybody doesn't know the term, and I'd be surprised if they don't, then the word is linked to the article on bogies. No need to add more words than necessary or anything in ugly brackets. This has not been a problem on any other NZR article. - Axver (talk) 01:31, 8 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
