NHS 111 in "meltdown" edit
The launch of NHS 111 has been widely referred to as a "disaster" or a "meltdown" in local and national news. I'd say this is important to include but potentially controversial. I'm going to go ahead and add a paragraph. Abt21 (talk) 04:37, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
Some of the detail here is not correct. The service was not 'launched' in March 2013, although this was when some of the largest regions went live. Many areas had successfully launched before this. It is reasonable to include the controversies, but also reasonable to include the successes.
