Low Importance Seems Odd Here edit

Assigning low importance to Motor Sich seems a little odd since this is one of the more significant manufacturers in Ukraine of any sort and is, in fact, of international significance. Put more simply, if Motor Sich is of low importance with regard to articles covering Ukraine, and Yuzhmash which is all over the news of late is merely mid-importance, is there even a company in that state that would warrant high-importance?
