Morbidelli SP2

edit

I have added the entry: Morbidelli V-twin. In recent times, Morbidelli produced a fully-faired sports bike using a 1000cc V-twin engine from a Honda SP2.

I know this (WP:OR!) because I saw a blue-and-silver one for £15,000 at the recent Stafford bike show. It was gorgeous! However, I can't find anything on it on the web or anywhere. (The word "Morbidelli" on the fairing was written in classic "Norton" script). Any help, please? Arrivisto (talk) 11:03, 24 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

This statement has been remove from the article on the grounds you have no sources to confirm what you think you saw. You had the motor listed as a VTR1000F SP2 of which there is no such bike, there is a Honda VTR1000F and there is a unrelated 90° V-twin in the Honda RC51 SP1 and latter RC51 SP2 designated in Europe as the VTR1000SP1 and later the VTR1000SP2. This is exactly why Wikipedia does not allow editors to add information this way. 72bikers (talk) 21:53, 6 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
