Talk:Monta Vista Fault

Article life edit

I've been reading about Hayward Fault in a newspaper, looked it up in wikipedia, idly clicked the clickable map referred from it and stumbled upon a fault with no wikipedia article. It took me about an hour to collect basic info into an initial text. Laudak 00:56, 12 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Name of fault edit

Name of fault--> looking at USGS and some literature papers (e.g., http://geohazards.usgs.gov/cfusion/qfault/show_report_AB.cfm?fault_id=56&section_id=) I'm pretty sure it should be Monte Vista (with an e) not Monta Vista (with an a). this isn't a big deal, as wikipedia redirects here either way and a lot of newspapers online make the same error but I thought I should bring it up. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Meanlands (talkcontribs) 08:18, 13 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
