The tajdeed.org.uk and tajdeedi.org.uk url's are down at the moment, permanently I hope.

His son Majid has been deported from the US to Saudi Arabia: http://www.king5.com/localnews/stories/NW_012507WABdeportationSW.1ae24208.html

He has another son Anmar at www.almassari.org, which is also down.

Massari has a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Cologne, if memory serves. LDH 06:07, 23 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think (it may have been a different Saudi dissident) he may have appeared on "Have I Got News For You" in series 11 episode 3. He was on Clive Anderson's team (Anderson replaced Merton for one series). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.26.102.123 (talk) 17:12, 2 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

question... edit

Various individuals whose name included "Al Masri" or "El Masri" are said to be from Egypt. Is Al Massari originally from Egypt, or the descendant of someone notably from Egypt?

No, he is name is not related to masr 'egypt'. His name should pronoused "Al Mas'ary". All his grandfathers are from the Arabian peninsula —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.180.81.111 (talk) 12:30, 21 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

NPOV removed edit

I've removed the NPOV template, please use {{POV-section}} for sections or {{POV-statement}} for sentences, then detail issues here. This will help address them in a timely manner. - RoyBoy 04:10, 14 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
