No. Someone I know went to look at the place he was last detained, and there was no one under his name. This person told me there's a pending human rights complaint about him at the UN, against Switzerland, for having "disappeared" him.

He's for-sure not out, because I talked to his former lawyer, Bayenet (who is now part of the Geneva Prosecutor's office, and no longer a private lawyer) and Baynet told me "they won't let him out", 'they' being the Swiss secret services. I also know his brother, Ali. If he was out, his brother would have told me.
