Interstate Standards?

Is the freeway built to Interstate standards? I removed the claim due to lack of a credible source. However, a drive on the freeway indicates that it most likely is. If this highway does not comply with the standards then it seems no highway in Missouri including those already designated as interstates would comply either. --AcuteThinker 20:41, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

List of Exits

It might be better to remove the planned exits. Well, all of them except Harvester Rd (11B), Woodstone Dr (11A), and Jungermann Rd since they're already signed. It might be preferable to just mention the major junctions instead of all exits as well. --AcuteThinker 20:41, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

I went ahead and removed all planned exits for now. If someone can go through the interactive Saint Charles County thoroughfare plan and determine exit numbers that's fine. The map clearly shows every planned exit. It has a distance scale and GPS coordinates that could be used to determine the mile markers precisely. Interstate system

First of all the alignemt is not connect to I-64; and I do know so becasue I never been to Missouri. Interstate-Guide I think most propose route is not effective until at least 2025. Interstate shields issue for anonys

Scott, euh? You forgot to gray lock it? So somebody went and try to remove state-namee-specific from interstate shields, which is shade in blue on interstate-guide maps. That shows fields of original source. Missouri still specifies normal state-name-specific shields on state sign drawing. Anyways, I don't see MissDOT posting too many neutral shields, and MODOT does comply with state document most of the time. New Route 364 Page Avenue Extension to Open August 30: Road Opens from Harvester Road to Mid Rivers Mall Drive Two Months Early

ST CHARLES - The second phase of the new Route 364 (Page Avenue Extension) will open to traffic on Thursday, August 30, two months ahead of the original schedule. MoDOT, St. Charles County and St. Peters officials made the announcement today. The $101 million project, of that $75 million for construction, was funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds, federal and state transportation funds, St. Charles County Transportation Sales Tax funds and funding from the City of St. Peters.

"We are thrilled to be opening the second phase of the Route 364 Page Avenue Extension two months ahead of schedule," said Ed Hassinger, MoDOT St. Louis District Engineer. "This project is a great example of cooperation with the local partners to work together with funding options to build a great project for the public. With the decreasing amounts of transportation funds, this collaboration with our local partners is critically important. Now the citizens of St. Charles County can enjoy six more miles of improved roadway."

On Thursday, August 30, a 9:30 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony will be held to dedicate the new stretch of the Page Extension. By early afternoon, the new highway will be open to traffic.

"This is an example of what a shovel-ready project really is," said St. Charles County Executive Steve Ehlmann. "Our Transportation Sales Tax, providing $3.7 million, was the catalyst for this project as we were able to provide local matching dollars with federal and state funds."

"The City of St. Peters was very pleased to partner with St. Charles County and MoDOT to help finance this essential regional project that will reduce travel times and improve safety for our residents," said St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano. "Our City contributed more than $2 million dollars and relinquished right-of-way to MoDOT for a large portion of the outer roads and we're very happy the project is finishing ahead of schedule and on budget."

The final phase of the Route 364 Page Extension will extend from Mid Rivers Mall Drive running parallel to Route N to the Route N and I-64 interchange. This section will be done using the Design-Build procurement method with one contractor team hired to develop the design and construct the road. This $100 million project includes federal and state transportation funds, St. Charles County road tax funds and local federal transportation funds for many of the county municipalities. The Phase 3 Route 364 project will be awarded to a contractor in spring 2013 and will be complete by the end of 2014. ST CHARLES -Central School Road over the new Route 364 Page Avenue will open to traffic on Tuesday, July 31 sometime midday. The new interchange at Central School Road has been under construction since last year and additional restrictions in access started just last month. The new bridge will open up the access from the outer roads to Central School Road over the new Route 364. The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor Fred Weber Inc. continue to make progress toward the completion of Route 364 from Jungermann Road to Mid Rivers Mall Drive, which is scheduled to open August 30.
