Isn't part of this book's notability the style in which it's printed? As I recall (I have not read the book; I leafed through it), the font size changed frequently and dramatically, with ample use of boldface. It was so wildly varied that I chose not to read it, because it seemed annoying. But I imagine many who did read it particularly appreciated that.
