Space and the Woods edit

It was listed that there was a cover of a song called Space and the Woods on the Chinese single release. I could find no proof of this, so I edited it out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.140.96.81 (talk) 23:36, 26 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Girl in the blue dress edit

Who is she and why do I recognise her? Has she been in anything of note? - PeeJay 16:00, 14 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Added templates edit

I have added the {{weasel}} and {{unreferenced}} templates to this article. If work is not done on the article to improve its quality, it may be nominated for deletion in the near future. Discussion is welcomed. --Nonstopdrivel 16:17, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Colour In The Video edit

Is it just me, or does the video for "Misery Business" look like it was filmed in black & white and coloured in afterwards? It has a similar pastel coloured image that other films of this nature have (Green Day's "Basket Case" for example). I don't want to add anything to the article until I'm sure. It might just be a filming technique, but it's definatly not filmed with a regular camera and film. Dead-In-Horrorwood 19:45, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's called...editing. :P take, for example, people who Photoshop their images for a clearer/crisp picture, etc. I'm no director, but it can be assumed that a video is filmed, then goes through the editing process..and whatever is needed is added there and what-not ^^ AllAroundMe 01:09, 6 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Cameos??? edit

gosh didn't anyone notice that one of the guys off fallout boy is one of the guys she screws over and the guy off cobra starships the dude with the sling...

Unless you have hard evidence to back that up, there's no point in adding it in. People do look alike. Amalga 03:16, 16 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
The kid in the sling isn't Gabe (whom I assume your taking about as the singer from Cobra Starship) and although I'm not that familar with FOB, I know he's not in the video. -Lindsey8417 23:27, 22 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

If you wanna find out about the FOB cameoask my sister shes obsessed —Preceding unsigned comment added by XXkelli8Xx (talkcontribs) 19:52, 15 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Redemption edit

Removed "Redemption" section. This is an encyclopaedia not a advert for religion and so should be kept factual. The post by Hayley does not read in anyway like what had been written here. I've added the link to the post itself so others can make their own minds up and included quotes from the post.

I would welcome edits of the renamed section "Blaspheme Post" as I don't think I've quite done it enough justice.

Chart Position edit

Suggest this is rewritten so that it is dated to show when each chart position was reached. It currently states "It is now at #75" - when is now? This should be "as of xx July 2007 it had reached #75".

Genre edit

The genre is currently pop rock and power pop which i think just about fits perfectly. Discuss any changes here. --Neon white 23:34, 23 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think it should be pop rock and pop punk, I means the song is powerful, but its not power pop. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Matt 14 (talkcontribs) 20:34, 15 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

It obviously is. It isn't even close to pop punk. It is a prime reason why the album is classed as power pop. --Neon white (talk) 02:07,

will all these genres, at least explain why you say they are what they are? what makes this song alternative rock? and what makes it power pop? id say its pop punk cos of the energy and riffs and the chorus, but its a pop rock angsty feel but what elements of misery buisness merit the other two genres?

The genres that fit this song are emo and pop punk because as Hayley said this song is her most emotional one, fitting the emo genre. and please don't delete the genre when a valid source is used. Emorocker777Emorocker777

Michael Jackson claimed that some of his songs are very emotional for him ... does that make these songs "Emo"? This song could be emotional to Hayley, but she does not sing it with emotion. the song does not fit the Emo genre in anyway, but I cannot remove a certified genre. but User:Emorocker777 did remove the "Alternative Rock" genre even though it was certified, so if you want people to stop removing "Emo" then stop removing certified genres without gaining consensus.T.tyrael 09:13, 16 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ummm... last time i checked the emotion in this song is evident. Reviewers say the song is emo, i will admit that, yes it can be emo, pop punk, AND alternative rock. BUT please STOP taking my explanation of emo so literally, I am trying to explain it without writing half a page of why it is emo, but i will revert the change i made to the alternative rock genre, but i DID get a valid source of a third party (even 2 i believe) and it was still deleted, I will listen to both sides, but the song definately fits the emo genre, it isn't the average one because of the pop punk though. None of this is done with malice, but i just want my side to be seen as well.

Emorocker777Emorocker777

Ok I understand, but please don't remove cited genres like "Alternative Rock" without permission, because you're basically being just like those who remove the "Emo" genre without permission, this is Wikipedia not some battle of genres (Genres in my opinion are kind of insignificant). if you have any valid sources, please post them. Thank you T.tyrael 08:19, 17 October 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by T.tyrael (talkcontribs)

Okay i posted 3 links where revies claim this to be an emo song, so hopefully no deletions to the genres, Emo, Pop Punk, and Alternative rock will happen. (this is emorocker777 i just forgot my password) Terminus777 (talk) 21:16, 18 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

youtube hits edit

is this really relavant? --Neon white 22:10, 26 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

i can't find any source for it's notability so i removed it as OR. There are no reports of it so therefore it is unsourced OR. --Neon white 18:23, 13 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

references edit

yeah, just added some info about the cover version, but now references appear to have disappeared. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wil 7 (talkcontribs) 06:56, 25 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Stephen King edit

Could someone explain what the relevence is to the song, has the band stated this (reference would then need inclusion) and also why is this in the blaspheme section rather than earlier? Suggest this is deleted. --Gingerzilla (talk) 17:13, 27 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
