She is a world renowned anthropologist. And it is not a Bigfoot "show". The program you are referring to (Expedition Bigfoot) is the first one where a group of real scientists are trying to solve/debunke this riddle. It is NOT non-scientific to investigate the existence (or not) of possible unknown primates. What would science be without investigation and daring exploration? This group is using all sort of lab & scientific protocols in the expedition. It was in one of these explorations that she discovered a new lemur species, unknown to science until then.
