editWell, he does seem to have existed - I doubted it at first, and his name his too common (I doubt he was a bishop, or the father of the Wright brothers :-) ) -and gotten a doctorate at Heidelberg - here is his dissertation Die Wirtschafts Entwicklung und die Eingeborenenpolitik in den afrikanischen Schutzgebieten, 1884-1918, (Economic Development and Indigenous policy in the African Protectorates, 1884-1918) about which Unter deutschen Palmen: Die"musterkolonie" Togo im Spiegel deutscher Kolonialliteratur(1884- 1944) By Adjaï Paulin Oloukpona-Yinnon says "setzt sich Milton Wright mit der Frage der Behandlung der Schwarzen in den Deutschen Kolonien auseinander. Er listet zwar "einige der hervorragendsten Falle ... Estudos sôbre o negro By Antônio da Silva Mello has this to say: "Milton Wright, um americano mais preto que mulato, formado em filosofia pela Universidade de Heidelberg, na Alemanha, brilhante pelos seus predicados intelectuais foi convivado..."
